Born in Tokyo in 1949, Yuichi Imai first apprenticed with Rokutaro Nakade before starting his own shop in 1971. This guitar, in very good condition, shows Imai's beautiful craftsmanship. It has a wonderful, full-bodied tone and is very comfortable to play.
